Prophetic Declaration for 2013: “If” You want to hear God during the times of rebellion (in 2013), Faith and Obedience to “HIM” is non-negotiable. Nothing great will happen for you without it. You can get a blessing but are you really ready for it…remember God will not bless a messy lifestyle, attitude, inconsistency, or pride…God is Good, but he will be better to you if you have personal Holiness. Lastly, Salvation is unconditional but his blessings are absolutely and unequivocally “conditional”.
