Finally there is the roof and its in your face but because of its position it gets the most heat, covers during the rain and storms and protects everything else (leaders in the Vision). But wait!!!…there is the architect (God) the one that designed it from the beginning and then there is the engineer who orchestrates and executes the plan (visionary).

The foundation is what no one sees, the frame a few more people see, and the roof? Well everyone sees! So do not be surprised if there are those that won’t participate in building the final stages of the house. Nor should you be surprised to see several people who only want to decorate the finished product (Bandwagon). For they were not part of the original blueprint, but they were just temporary workers to help it come to pass for others to sit in.

Be encouraged because there are very few who will see the vision from beginnning to the end and that’s good because God is building the house at his pace, hiring, promoting and firing as he sees fit, so stay in your lane (Mr/Mrs Engineer) and trust him!

 

Keep your vision regardless of the stage that the house is in. The vision won’t fall just because people come and go, it is normal. If you are like me, HOLD fast to what God showed you and don’t fear! Because with Christ you will never fail even though it “feels” and “looks” like everyone “and” thing is crumbling away.

 

Enjoy the ride with all of the hills and valleys along the way. Keep God first, (you are riding shotgun anyway) God chose you to carry the vision and when the HOUSE IS BUILT, it will be SUCH an overwhelming blessing!
